Eligible (without notification) - letter has not been sent, due to letter exclusion rules

PPW/PND

Registered - customer has provided their consent
Pending - customer has been assigned to a provider who will contact the customer

PPW/ACT

Commenced - participating in the service
Suspended - taking a break from the service (participation is paused)

Nil

Exited - no longer participating
Ineligible - not eligible
