Table 1: user roles are added using Business Hub Access Management in Process Direct. Only the roles applicable to the user need to be added.

User role	Description
Authorised Officer - Rent	Authorised officers have the legal authority to act on behalf of the business and can: manage system access for employees (add, remove, update) using Business Hub services on behalf of the organisation. delegate the authorised officer role to other employees
Contact Officer - Rent	Can act as a key contact on behalf of the organisation but do not have legal authority to act on behalf of the business. They cannot manage system access of employees using Business Hub.
Electronic Verification of Rent - Single Enquiry	Grants users access to update customer rent details using the EVoR single enquiry service.
Electronic Verification of Rent - File Exchange	Grants access to update customer rent details for multiple customers at once using the EVoR bulk enquiry service.
