This document outlines how to reactivate a compensation claim.

Reactivate a compensation claim with a status of closed

A claim which has been finalised will display a status of closed on the summary screen.

Staff in the Compensation Recovery Team (CRT) are able to reactivate the claim. All other users only have browse access.

CRT will reactivate a claim to allow updates. It will revert to closed when the updates are complete.
