This document outlines how to complete the activity on a customer's record. These activities must be completed to ensure customers are advised of their Family Tax Benefit (FTB) assessment.

Manual letter activity

A manual letter activity is created as a result of an action that has been taken on a customer's record and an automatic letter failed to generate or was not available.

These activities can be monitored and processed through Work Optimiser. By 'S'electing the activity in Customer First/Customer Record, a Service Officer can complete an appropriate online advice to be sent to the customer.
