Updating shares and securities 108-19092734

Customers are required to notify of any changes to their share holdings following a share consolidation or share split.

Imugene Limited (ASX code: IMU) had a share consolidation on 30/06/2025 where customers received 1 share for every 34 shares they owned. This resulted in the share price increasing but the customer's share holdings reducing.

The new adjusted price due to the share consolidation was not uploaded into our system until 11/07/25, therefore, when making an update to the customers holdings, the DOV of 11/07/25 not 30/06/25 must be used.
