Check the Start Date Calculator (NDC) screen for exclusion periods and the Participation Compliance workflow screen for any unemployment preclusion period, post cancellation non-payment period or Unemployment Non-Payment Period (UNPP) imposed on the customer's record and confirm that these are correct
