You were recently granted an exemption from your mutual obligation requirements for personal reasons. The exemption period will finish on {variable: exemption end date} and you will need to undertake compulsory activities, in order to continue to receive your {Variable: Parenting Payment, JobSeeker Payment, Youth Allowance, Special Benefit}.

The Service Officer can also arrange for you to speak with a Services Australia Social Worker about supports and options available for you. You may be eligible for an extension to your current exemption for a further period of time.
