This table contains the steps required by a customer to access the Express Plus Centrelink mobile app.

For a customer to get started, they must create a myGov account and link to Centrelink.

Download the app.

Enter their myGov username and password.

4

Answer one of their secret questions or enter a code to set up their 4 digit myGov PIN.

Accept the Terms and Conditions.
