Staff access requirements

Staff updating user role access must have the following resources in Essentials.

  • Business Hub Access Management via Process Direct – for granting Business Hub access
  • Business Hub Access Management - allows adding/updating of personnel

Centrepay

The following Business Hub roles are needed for each Centrepay service depending on what they are approved for or currently have already allocated in RAMB.

Provider Roles

  • Centrepay Deduction Providers (ZCPOPR)

Personnel Roles

General roles required to access Business Hub

  • Business Hub User - will default to be 'selected'

To receive reports:

  • Payments and Deductions Reports – File Exchange

To update and view deductions

  • Deductions – Update (single access)
  • Deductions – File Exchange (bulk access)
  • Deductions – View (Income Management only)

Administration Roles

  • Authorised Officer - Centrepay
  • Contact Officer - Centrepay
  • Access Manager
