This table describes messages that may show in the Medicare online account and Express Plus Medicare mobile app.

Message	Description
You must attach at least one document.	When customers select Next without uploading any documents.
Same document already attached.	When customers upload a duplicate file with the same name and format.
The document format that you have attempted to attach is not accepted. Please use one of the following formats and try again: PDF, JPG, GIF, PNG or BMP.	When customers try to upload a file that is not in PDF, JPG, GIF, PNG or BMP format.
The document size that you are attempting to attach is too large. Try converting your document to a smaller format or splitting it into numerous documents to attach. Maximum document size is 5MB.	When customers try to upload a file that is more than 5MB.
