This document outlines the process for managing Child Support customer Debt Enforcement referrals by Debt Enforcement Service Officers (SO3/4).

Debt Enforcement SO3/4

Debt Enforcement SO3/4s are responsible for providing administrative support to the debt enforcement activities of Child Support.

Debt Enforcement Gateway Officers (SO3, SO4 and SO5) conduct an initial review of referrals and identify, prepare and progress cases for the legal enforcement of child support debt.
