Finding digital images on Centrelink customer records 111-10020010
This document explains how to search for and display digital images that have been declared to a customer record.
Digital image processes
Staff use the Documents icon in Process Direct or Document Tools in Customer First to:
- search for and view declared images
- move an image from one Customer Reference Number (CRN) to another
- copy an image from one CRN to another
- update information on digital images
- display of undeclared images awaiting for a staff member to attach them to a customer record
- display document details about how and where the image was received (staff can search a date range to display older documents than the default displayed)
Digital images of documents lodged before September 2011:
- cannot be viewed using the Documents icon in Process Direct or Document Tools in Customer First
- are stored in the National Index (NIM) database. Staff can view these manually via Customer Record
Staff must contact the Scanning and Digitisation Team about images that are incorrectly classified during manual classification or issues with delays in the manual classification of digital images.
