SFT Org Unit Lookup Tool

If details do not automatically populate in the Receiving Office or Your Office fields, use this tool to look up the required detail.

The tool requires ISP Resource access to VEA0062-Folder01-Viewers by completing the following steps:

  • In ISP, select Request Resource
  • Input business reason for resource request (e.g. required to ensure the correct office details are recorded on the Staff Feedback Tool)
  • In the Category field, expand the Activity Directory list
  • Expand the INTERNAL Domain list
  • Expand the SAS list
  • Select VEA Users
  • In the Containing field, enter ‘VEA0062’
  • Select Search
  • Select the VEA0062-Folder01-Viewers (ISP Category: Active Directory - INTERNAL Domain - SAS) resource from the Search results
  • Select the > button to populate the resource in the Resources to Request field!
  • Select Submit

Note: the access request can only be completed for individual staff members. Managers are no longer able to request this access on behalf of an Org Unit.

Once access has been approved, use the above link to open the tool and follow the lookup tool instructions on the right side of the page.
