When to use this claim
The Information you need to know about your claim for Pensioner Education Supplement (PES) form (SY004) is used to claim PES. Reclaiming within 52 weeks
If a Pensioner Education Supplement (PES) customer is reclaiming within 52 weeks of last receiving their PES, they can complete the continuation form, Information required for continuation of PES or ABSTUDY (SY075).
PES claims for ABSTUDY customers
Australian Aboriginals and Torres Strait Islanders wishing to claim ABSTUDY Pensioner Education Supplement need to complete Form c (SY020) for the ABSTUDY Pensioner Education Supplement claim.
How to lodge this claim
Claims and forms may be lodged via the customer's 
online account or using the Express Plus mobile app, in person at the nearest service centre, or posted using the appropriate reply paid envelope.
