This document outlines how to transfer an ABSTUDY Pensioner Education Supplement (PES) payment to a PES payment to enable a customer to access Education Entry Payment (EdEP).

Entitlement to transfer

Customers are legally entitled to transfer from ABSTUDY PES to PES in order to receive EdEP even if they have also received ABSTUDY Incidentals Allowance during the year.

When the customer receives EdEP, they can transfer back to ABSTUDY PES.
