Orientation Visit travel for student in Year 5

Coen is currently in Year 5 and lives in the remote Aboriginal community, Mapoon. Coen will be moving away from home to attend secondary school in the coming years.

To assist with Coen's adjustment to living away from home, St Augustine's College in Cairns have invited Coen to attend orientation activities that will occur over the coming year. Coen will be attending the activity, along with their parent, Maali.

Coen would be eligible for Orientation Visit travel as there is no minimum age limit to access Orientation Visit travel. Coen and Maali can access Fares Allowance for return trip from Mapoon to Cairns including meals and accommodation.
