AIC Debts and Third Party Organisations (TPO)
AIC debts are usually the responsibility of the applicant.
Funds paid incorrectly to a TPO may be recovered in some circumstances.
Debts are raised under the Student Assistance Act 1973.
Delegation for debt raising or waiver
All debt trained staff have the appropriate delegation to raise and waive a debt.
