Training to process My Health Record opt-out questions on Services Australia forms is not required; however Service Officers are encouraged to familiarise themselves with Processing My Health Record options – tips and error reporting.

Service Officers need to ensure they follow the appropriate procedures when processing My Health Record opt-out questions.
