A refresh has been completed on the MEI screen and the outcome has not changed.
Can you please investigate the reason why AIR information has not transferred correctly?

Level 2 Policy Helpdesk - Arrears policy advice template

Hi Team,
We have recently recorded LIUE date override for the case below, however due to section under s107(1AA) of the FA Admin Act , arrears have been limited to the period after xx/xx/xxxx.
1. As the customer had contacted on the xx/xx/xxxx should arrears be payable for xx/xx/xxxx to xx/xx/xxxx?
2. AIR have confirmed that due to system error the change of status from No to Yes was not provided on xx/xx/xxxx. If the system had functioned correctly the child would have met requirements on the xx/xx/xxxx when the clm was granted and arrears paid from xx/xx/xxxx would not have been reduced. As the error has been identified and this is the sole cause of the delay is it possible to review the rate payable from xx/xx/xxxx under section 105 of the FAAA where the Secretary Reviews the decision on their own initiative?
3. If the answer to the two previous questions is No, can this be referred directly to CDDA?
Scenarios
Allowable timeframe override
An FTB Part A rate reduction due to immunisation can only be reassessed up to 1 July of the previous financial year.
Example - child met requirements before 1 July of the previous financial year: An FTB Part A rate reduction has been applied from 1 December 2022 due to a child not meeting immunisation requirements. On 17 July 2025, the AIR provides an updated immunisation status, with a Last Immunisation Update Event (LIUE) date of 30 November 2022.
The customer's FTB Part A is reassessed. Due to the allowable timeframe, the FTB Part A rate reduction due to immunisation is reassessed for the period 1 July 2024 to 16 July 2025. The FTB Part A rate reduction for the period 1 December 2022 to 30 June 2024 does not change. If the customer meets all other eligibility requirements, an immunisation override can be recorded to reassess the rate of FTB Part A for the period 1 December 2022 to 30 June 2024.
Permanent humanitarian visa holder
Example - Customer and child arrive in Australia on separate dates: A customer has arrived in Australia on a 200 visa on 1 October 2024 but the child does not arrive in Australia until 15 October 2024. The exemption start date can be no earlier than 15 October 2024 and can be applied until 14 April 2025 if eligible requirements are satisfied.
At the time of assessment, if there is information available on the customer's record which shows the child became up to date with their immunisations on 10 November 2024, the exemption can only be applied up until 9 November 2024, the date before the child met immunisation requirements.
Example - Customer commences care after the date the child arrived in Australia: A customer has arrived in Australia on a 200 visa on 10 November 2024. Their young nephew arrives in Australia on the 17 November 2024. The nephew is placed into the customer's care on the 26 November 2024. If all eligibility requirements are satisfied, the exemption start date can be no earlier than 26 November 2024 as this is the date the customer commenced care of the child.
The exemption can only be applied up until the earlier of, 16 May 2025 (6 months after child's first arrival into Australia) or the date before the child met immunisation requirements.
