For Service Officers to access their work (documents to be assessed).

Note: each MCRS Enquiry case will contain one or more documents for assessment. For example, if an incoming email had 3 attachments, there would be 4 documents attached to the Enquiry case, the covering email and each of the 3 attachments.

MCRS

For enquiries and follow up work, go to Medicare Compensation Recovery System (MCRS).

SAP GUI

For identifying money received or paid by Services Australia.

Medicare Mainframe - Medicare Compensation Recovery (NCRI) screen

For historical Transport Accident Commission, Victoria (TAC) claims or when a claim or provisional claim can be registered in MCRS.
