This document outlines information about the Medicare Teen Dental Plan (MTDP).

Closure of MTDP

The Medicare Teen Dental Plan (MTDP) closed on 31 December 2013. The Medicare Teen Dental Plan was replaced by the Child Dental Benefits Schedule (CDBS) on 1 January 2014. Services provided to eligible teenagers before the date of closure will receive Medicare benefits.
