Court Order or Parenting Plans

Court orders or parenting plans may state:

  • future changes to the caring arrangement;
  • a caring arrangement which is not weekly or fortnightly

Escalations

Staff must follow the Technical Support Model and use available reference material to research a query before escalating to a Tier 1 technical support or Tier 2 technical support.

Unless Operational Blueprint instructs a direct referral to a Level 2 Policy Helpdesk, staff must always seek support from Tier 1 or 2 support.
