Service Officers using Workload Management may be allocated a general Work Item (for example: scanned document, earnings update), for a student selected for the DSLD online review. While in the student’s record, Service Officers are encouraged to complete all outstanding business within their scope, except for the following DSLD review activities:
- Reassess Benefit (REA) activity on the Activity List (AL) screen:
- the Keywords (KWD) screen contains #ZCOC and DSLDCOC
- Integrated Review in the Interaction History:
- Description is DSLD
- Activity Reason is Students Digital Study Load Declaration
- Change of Circumstances Interaction in the Interaction History. Select:
- Categories tab
- Categorisation 1 - Compliance
- Categorisation 2 - Student Digital Study Load Declaration
- Failed CRM activity on the Activity List (AL) screen where the Keywords (KWD) screen contains at least 1 of the following:
- RESDDI
- SUSDDI
- CANDDI
- DDIERR
- Debt activity on the Activity List (AL) screen:
- the Keywords (KWD) screen contains either DQRDDI or DSLD
