This document outlines a list of Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system Hot Keys to be used by Service Officers when entering new tasks within a Service Request (SR) in CRM.

Background

Using hot keys reduces keying and maintains consistency of language when entering My Health Record provider information into CRM during incoming and outgoing calls to applicants.
