Severe growth hormone deficiency is a condition where the body is unable to produce enough hormone which impairs the growth and development of adults.

Treatment specifics

Somatropin is not PBS-subsidised for patients with Prader-Willi Syndrome aged 18 years or older without a documented childhood-onset growth hormone deficiency.
