This document outlines the Community Code Search (PQIMS) screen which will enable Service Officers to search and sort a service component and Community Codes for income managed customers.

PQIMS screen

This screen is restricted to searching for Income Management service components only. Remote Servicing Teams should print a list of customers requiring service, prior to the visit, as case connectivity options may be limited.

The Resources page contains a list of Income Management service components.
