Q020	Medical certificate + Read more ... Notification that a medical certificate is required to support the new claim or the request for an exemption from mutual obligation requirements

Q055	Correct entitlement + Read more ... Advice that the customer's correct entitlement may be to another benefit, pension or allowance. This should only be issued when a Job Capacity Assessment (JCA) has been completed which had determined that they are medically eligible for Disability Support Pension (DSP).
Q134	Notification + Read more ... Notification of rejection, cancellation, suspension or deferment of pension, allowance or benefit.
Q322	Disability Support Pension + Read more ... Notification to the customer that they should test their eligibility for DSP. This advice should be used with caution and should only be issued where it is clear from medical evidence that the customer is incapacitated for all work for the next 2 years.
Q549	Reject or cease mutual obligation requirements exemption + Read more ... Notification of rejection or cessation of an exemption from mutual obligation requirements.
