This document outlines the list of letters relevant to customers claiming or receiving DSP. These letters are scripted to suit circumstances that may occur for these customers. Some letters give staff the option to include text, such as appointment details or to request extra information.

Alternative letter formats

Eligible customers can receive their letters from Centrelink in one of the following formats:

  • read over the phone
  • converted to a larger font
  • converted to Compact Disc (CD)
  • converted to Braille
