This document outlines how customers can view their Child Dental Benefits Schedule (CDBS) eligibility and balance online. They can do this using their Medicare online account.

CDBS details

The CDBS replaced the Medicare Teen Dental Plan from 1 January 2014.

Customers can view these CDBS information details online:

  • a list of eligible children
  • Individual Reference Number (IRN)
  • name
  • balance available for each child
