• issues DPO, issues a departure authorisation certificate (DAC) and revokes DPO where child support debt/overpayment (not including penalties) is under $50,000

National Manager, Intensive Collection Services

• issues DPO, issues a DAC and revokes DPO where child support debt/overpayment (not including penalties) is $50,000 and above

Service Support Manager, Debt Enforcement Smart Centre

• issues DAC out of office hours where child support debt/overpayment is under $50,000
