Delegations and Authorisations

Financial delegations to approve non-pursuit of debt begin at the SO3 level and escalate depending on the size of the child support debt.

The authorisation to approve payment of a debt by instalment or to defer the time to pay a debt varies according to the amount of outstanding debt. See Accountable Authority Instructions.
