This document outlines the process for receiving cheque payments from customers and child support administrations overseas.

Only authorised officers perform this process. For more information, see References.

From 19 December 2024, Services Australia can no longer accept foreign currency cheques and international money orders.

From 12 December 2025, Out Bill contingencies ended. Foreign currency cheques and international money orders can no longer be sent to the RBA for processing via Out Bill.
