Category 120 - Earning

A Category of Earning will indicate an activity started in a Report Employment Income channel with a Created By type of:

  • ONLINEUSER indicates the customer has reported via their Centrelink Online Account through the myGov website or myGov app
  • ALEREMOTE indicates the customer has reported via the Centrelink Express Plus mobile app
  • IVRUSER indicates the customer has reported via phone self service

An Earning transaction will generally have a Status of Completed even if the report has not completed successfully due to a handoff or error. However, some old Earning transactions with a Status of For Manual Action or In Progress may still exist and will need to be marked as Completed.

Category B100 - Maintain Activities and Exemptions

This transaction is created as the job seeker has advised the agency of a change in their circumstances via their online service. The transaction ID is generated to prompt Service Officers to review the note and assess what action is required.

Once all relevant updates have been made to the customer's record, the Maintain Activities and Exemptions transaction must be marked Completed via the Online Interaction Summary.
