It outlines instructions on how staff who issue letters to Third Party Organisations (TPO) can create, print, and send Online Advice (OLA) letters to TPOs.

OLA letters to TPOs

The OLA letters sent to TPOs include:

  • notices of approval for contracts with Services Australia
  • withdrawal and termination of contracts
  • letters relating to programme assurance matters
  • contractual letters for programmes including:
    • BasicsCard
    • Income Management (IM)
    • Centrelink Confirmation eServices (CCeS)
    • Centrepay
    • Electronic Verification of Rent (EVoR)
