Log on to Mainframe

This table describes how to log on to Mainframe and access the NHSI screen.

Go to the Start Menu

Select:

  • All Apps icon > IBM Personal Communications
  • the appropriate session

Access CESN logon screen

Key CESN and press [Enter].

Log in
  • Key logon ID (P number without the P)
  • Key the 6 digit RSA token password in the Password field
  • Press [Enter]

Access OPOQ screen

To login to source office code key OPOQ and press [Enter].

Select Source Office code

Select Source Office code and press [Enter].

Go to NHSI screen

Key NHSI, MEDICARE NUMBER in the Control Line and press [Enter].

The Patient History shows.
