Log on to Mainframe

This table describes how to log on to Mainframe and access the NHSI screen.

Go to the Start Menu + Read more ...

  • Select All Apps icon > IBM Personal Communications
  • Select the appropriate session

Access CESN logon screen + Read more ...

Key CESN and press [Enter].

Log in + Read more ...

Key logon ID (P number without the ‘P’) and password.

Note: if using

  • a fixed password, only log in using P number, do not enter a password. Press [Enter]
  • an RSA token, enter the RSA passcode as the password and press [Enter]

Access OPOQ screen + Read more ...

To login to source office code key OPOQ and press [Enter].

Select Source Office code + Read more ...

Select Source Office code and press [Enter].

Go to NHSI screen + Read more ...

Key NHSI, MEDICARE NUMBER in the Control Line and press [Enter].
