Life events

To make finding information easier, content is structured around life events.

The 6 main life event groups are:

  • Raising kids
  • Living arrangements
  • Ageing
  • Work
  • Education
  • Health and disability.

Within each life event group, there are more specific circumstances, for example, Having a baby, Relationship changes and Caring for someone.

How to use life events:

How to use dark mode:

  • Use the toggle at the top right-hand corner of the website
  • When dark mode is turned on, it will remain on for future visits
  • Customers can toggle back to light mode at any time

Quick codes

Quick codes are unique codes for every page on the website, except the home page. They help customers find specific information, without having to search or enter long URLs. Quick codes are located at the bottom of the website, just above the footer.

How to use quick codes:

  • Note the QC number and share it with the customer
  • For example, to help a customer find the Natural disaster page, tell them to go to the website and key ‘QC 60042’ into the search bar

Website search

Customers can use the search function at any time to find information.

How to use search:

  • Key a topic, payment, service, or keyword into the search bar, located at the top of the website
