Social Security Act 1991

  • section 1223(1C), Some carer payment overpayments are debts if carer knew about care receiver's affairs
  • section 1223(1B), some carer payment overpayments are not debts
    • subsection (1B), 'an amount has been paid to a person (the carer) by way of carer payment
