Disallowable instruments - Department of Education, Employment and Workplace Relations (DEEWR) and Department of Families, Housing, Community Service and Indigenous Affairs (FaHCSIA)
The disallowable instrument specifies the class of debts that may be waived. This enables the Secretary to waive the Commonwealth's right to recover debts incorrectly raised against persons adversely affected by the specified natural disasters of 2009, 2010 and 2011.
