Claim for Child Care Subsidy (FA084) includes option to apply for Additional Child Care Subsidy Grandparent. Only issue to customers if they cannot claim online or via Assisted Customer Claim.

Application for Additional Child Care Subsidy (Transition to Work) (FA085). Only issue to customers who are CCS current, receiving an eligible income support payment and have an income estimate below the lower income threshold.

Application for Additional Child Care Subsidy (Temporary Financial Hardship) (FA086). Only issue to customers receiving CCS who cannot submit an online application.

Scripted claim advice

After a claim has been lodged, advise the customer the following claim information:

'Your claim will now be sent to our staff who are experienced in processing claims who will contact you by phone or mail within 14 days to advise you about the progress of your claim'.
