If a prescriber requests treatment for relapsed/refractory HL, what other piece of information is required in order to select the correct item?

There are separate PBS item codes for patients who have undergone an autologous stem cell transplant (ASCT) or patients who are ASCT naïve (not undergone an ASCT).
