New Zealand citizen 444 visa cancelled Aaron is a New Zealand citizen receiving JobSeeker Payment (JSP) who has been living in Australia on a 444 visa. Home Affairs have cancelled Aaron's latest 444visa. The Legal Residence (RSLEG) screen shows the latest 444 was ended, however previous 444 visas on RSLEG do not have an end date, therefore the system continues to assess these 444 visas. As a result, the system does not automatically cancel JSP. NCV needs to be coded on the RSLEG screen from the visa date of cancellation +1 to ensure the system does not read previous visas and to cancel Aaron's JSP. |
