The customer is to give an estimate of the value of the whole property. The property does not have to be professionally valued, if Services Australia needs a valuation one will be done at no cost to the customer. Documents to be attached for water rights, allocations or licences. |

Customers only need to answer this question is the property is not the principal home. Household contents include all furniture including soft furnishings (e.g. curtains), antiques, works of art. It also included any personal effects include jewellery for personal use and hobby collections (e.g. stamps, coins) and electrical appliances (e.g. TVs, game consoles, fridges, etc.). Values required are:

The loan agreement is required to determine what property/asset the mortgage is secured against. The latest statement of the relevant loan account is required as any mortgage apportioned to the property can reduce the assessment amount of the asset. |

The agency pays the cost of inspections and valuations, not the customer. |
