Actioning automatic activities of a current Employment Services Assessment (ESAt) referral 001-02320070



This document outlines a summary of Employment Services Assessment (ESAt) automatic activities, including their purpose and action required by staff.

Automatic activities

There are a number of different automatic activities created to support the ESAt referral process. The Process page contains specific keywords, activity codes and activity text which will assist staff to identify ESAt automatic activities and action these appropriately. This includes activities to flag:

  • customers who require an ESAt
  • the progress of started ESAts
  • customers whose payments can be restored after failing to attend their ESAt appointment
  • submitted reports awaiting acceptance
