  • Second failure – 100%
  • Third failure – cancellation

A decision to revoke the first mutual obligation failure is made by the Administrative Review Tribunal (ART). The review of decision outcome is outside of 13 weeks. Manually update the penalty sequence:

  • First failure – revoked
  • Second failure – update to the first failure 50%
  • Third failure – update to the second failure 100%

David has had 3 mutual obligation failures applied.

The current penalty sequence is:

  • First failure – 50%
  • Second failure – 100%
  • Third failure – cancellation
