Am I eligible for the increase if I have a medical exemption? No. Customers must have an assessed Partial Capacity to Work of 0-14 hours per week to get the higher rate of payment. Customers will only get the higher rate if both the 'Baseline Capacity' and 'Capacity within 24 months with intervention' is less than 15 hours per week. |

Am I eligible for the increase if I have a temporary reduced work capacity? No. Eligibility for the higher rate is not determined by temporary reduced work capacity. However, if the customer also has a PCW of less than 15 hours per week and meets the criteria explained above, they may be eligible for the higher rate. |
