When to notify the Child Protection Authority case worker under Child Protection Income Management (CPIM) 103-01160040



This document outlines information for the Income Management Contact Officer (IMCO) on the process for arranging a review with the Child Protection Authority case worker. It also advises when to notify the Child Protection Authority case worker if a Child Protection Income Management customer fails to attend any scheduled appointments.

Case Worker notification

The Income Management Contact Officer (IMCO) will notify the case worker in the following situations:

  • customer did not attend an appointment
  • arranging the mid-point review and pre-exit review
