For customers receiving DSP and a DSP medical review has been initiated when there is information suggesting the customer may no longer be eligible for DSP, including:

Information received from a tip-off, compliance or fraud review (including reviews not targeted at medical eligibility such as an income review)

The customer advises a change in circumstances, for example. the customer lodges new medical evidence suggesting their previous condition no longer impacts them (they may have a new condition instead)

Staff conversations with customers/nominees, which suggest the customer may no liner meet the medical criteria for DSP
