Selecting JCA referral codes
This table describes JCA referral codes for Services Australia staff to use when a JCA is required. The correct code must be selected from the dropdown list on the Referral screen.

Requires completion of 'mainstream intervention' in the Work Capacity Section of the JCA report. Includes JCA referrals for reviews and appeals. Impairment Rating normally assessed Yes, if customer has FDTS conditions. |
