Disability Support Pension (DSP) letters and advices 008-09020000
This document outlines the list of letters relevant to customers claiming or receiving DSP. These letters are scripted to suit circumstances that may occur for these customers. Some letters give staff the option to include text, such as appointment details or to request extra information.
