To access a Centrelink online account for their principal(s), nominees require their own active self service registration.

From Centrelink online account homepage, select MENU > My details > Nominee arrangements > Manage nominee arrangements. Submit the request to appoint an individual nominee. A proposed nominee must have a Centrelink online account linked to myGov. |
Nominee gets a task on their Centrelink online account homepage to accept/decline the nominee request sent by the principal. If the nominee accepts, the online nominee access will activate. End of process |
