Privacy

Protect the customer's personal information during customer location activities when third parties are contacted to assist in locating a customer. Do not reveal or volunteer any information about the customer to any sources. Accidentally revealing personal information may constitute a privacy breach and must be reported to a Team Leader.

When making contact by telephone:

verify who is speaking
do not reveal any personal information to the other person, and
confirm any information obtained

This table provides country specific websites where public searches can be conducted to locate a customer.

This also provides links to some people search and public records, which utilise multiple sources to find addresses and phone numbers. Some of these sites will only provide limited data for free, however this may be sufficient to determine what further searches are required.
